You know how to handle pressure at work. What about at home?

What once helped you grow can now limit you
You can build a strategy under pressure, make hard calls, hold a team together when everything gets complicated. But at some point you learned a way to survive pressure, shutting down, blowing up, or demanding too much of yourself, and that same strategy that once worked is the one now costing you at home.
- You lead a team or a business, and when pressure rises you disconnect or blow up, and neither one leaves you looking the way you want
- You want to be present with your kids, but the little time you have you spend exhausted or distracted
- You carried a loss, a divorce, a life change, and moved on without really processing it
- You hold yourself to an unreasonable standard and don't know how to lower it without feeling like you're failing
Science as the foundation, without dogma
Science is the best tool we have, but it isn't the only one or the final one.
- I work with brief, results-oriented models.
- I choose the tool based on the problem, not the other way around.
- Everyone who comes to therapy brings something different, and deserves an approach built for them, not a generic formula.
I'm not speaking from an office detached from your reality. Before this, I had to study in another country while working and carrying family responsibilities. I know what it's like to carry pressure from several fronts at the same time, because I've lived it.

Trained in Clinical Psychology, currently specializing in brief, results-oriented therapies. My work combines real clinical practice with a perspective that's uncommon in this field: I also come from the executive and business world, in Lima and in the United States, which gives me a different way of understanding the pressure my clients carry.
- More than 300 people seen in private practice
- Trained at Universidad de Lima, ILEP (Mexico), and PESI (United States)
- Clinical experience at Hospital Víctor Larco Herrera and in community projects
- Researcher on parenting and emotional stability
